Chris Miller (Composer)
With Nathan Tysen: Tuck Everlasting (Outer Critics & Drama League nominations, Best Musical), The Burnt Part Boys (Lucille Lortel Nomination, Best Musical), Fugitive Songs (Drama Desk Award Nomination, Outstanding Revue), Dreamland (or a Musical Riff on Shakespeare's Midsummer Set During the Declassification of Area 51), two circuses for Ringling Bros., The Mysteries of Harris Burdick and songs for their current project, Revival, based on Willa Cather’s short story "Eric Hermannson’s Soul" was Commissioned by Playwrights Horizons & Theatreworks Silicon Valley.
Nathan Tysen (Lyricist)
In addition to his work with Chris Miller, Nathan was represented on Broadway in 2017 as co-lyricist of Am
élie (Music and co-lyrics by Dan Messé). In 2016 he received the Kleban Award for most promising lyricist. He is currently writing lyrics to Pardise Square (direction by Moisés Kaufman, choreography by Bill T. Jones). Tysen is also librettist and co-composer of the rock theatre piece Stillwater with his band Joe’s Pet Project which premiered at Kansas City Repertory Theatre. With composer Ryan McCall, he wrote the book and lyrics to the family musical Noah's Art. Nathan is a 2021 Grammy nominee for the London cast recording of Amélie.

Louis Schaeffer (Lighting & Costume Designer)
SCT:
Opened the Vandivort Center Theatre 26 years ago. Has designed many of the plays and musicals produced at the Vandivort, Vandivort 2nd Stage and Center Stage. SLT: Opened the Landers Theatre in 1970 as Executive Producer/Designer. Served as Technical Director/Designer for SLT before purchasing the Landers. SRO: Designer for La Boheme, The Magic Flute and other productions over the organizations 40-year history. MSU/Tent Theatre: Designer: Dames at Sea, Celebration, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Working, Your Own Thing, Oh, Kay! Past full-time MSU faculty member. Springfield Ballet: Executive Director/Designer for more than 12 years. New Electric Dinner Theatre: Manager/Designer for 5 years. Virginia Museum Theatre: Tech Director/Lighting Designer for one season. Honors: The Ozzie Award presented by Springfield Regional Arts Council. He has been presented with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and the Byrne Blackwood Memorial Award from SRO for contributions to the area arts.

Dennis Stewart (Props Master)
SCT:
Resident Properties Master on over 60 productions, House Manager. Local: ​Properties master on many productions for Springfield Little Theatre; Usher for Hammons Hall and the Gillioz Theatre.


Jeffrey Mindock (Development Director)
Jeffrey comes to Springfield Contemporary Theatre after a five year stint as Producing Artistic Director for Thunder Bay Theatre in Alpena, Michigan. At TBT, Jeffrey increased earned and contributed revenue each years and established a five-year strategic plan, capital campaign and TCG member status for the organization. Jeffrey also wrote four plays and workshop curriculums to create and produce an educational tour that served almost 20,000 students in Northern Michigan over a three year period. Jeffrey serves SCT through fundraising, grant writing, social media and marketing, and directing. Over his career, he has directed and produced over fifty professional productions. Before flipping to the other side of the table, Jeffrey performed in over thirty professional productions most notably playing the title role in Macbeth, Brutus in Julius Caesar, and Long John Silver in Treasure Island.


Riley Robison (Bass)
SCT: 
Hands on a Hardbody, Assassins, Ragtime, The Rocky Horror Show  Local: Hair, Legally Blonde, Amélie, Secret Garden (Missouri State University) Fiddler on the Roof, 42nd Street, Hairspray, All Shook Up (Tent Theatre). Riley is a longtime member of the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, and also serves as principal bass in the Missouri Philharmonic Orchestra and the Springfield Regional Opera Orchestra. In addition to maintaining a large private studio and an active freelance schedule, Riley is an adjunct instructor in the music departments of Drury University, Evangel University, and College of the Ozarks. 
 
Paul Hansen (Percussion)
Broadway: A Christmas Story. Regional: Seattle - 5th Avenue Theater Hairspray, Aladdin, Catch Me If You Can (World Premieres). Paul has been active as one of the top percussionists in Seattle's music and theater circles for over thirty years, and serves as Managing Editor for sheetmusicnow.com, and is co-founder of the Pacific Rims Percussion Quartet.

Kirsten Weingartner Weiss (Violin & Viola)
SCT: SCT Sings Series Local: Principal Viola, Springfield Symphony Orchestra; Concertmaster, Missouri Philharmonic; Violinist, Springfield Regional Opera. Kirsten spent spent 13 years as a musician in Branson shows prior to moving to Springfield, with 10 of those years spent with the Lawrence Welk Show! Kirsten is so excited to be back doing music for theater productions and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the amazing folks at SCT!
 
Ned Wilkinson (Electric Guitar & Banjo)
SCT: Dawg Pound Blues, Julie Bunny Must Die, Firing My Bass Teacher (author); Broadway Rocks! (vocals/keys/guitar/sax); Urinetown (MD); Song Of Singapore (Hans) Local: Tommy (MD, Landers Theatre); A Century Of Song (orchestrations, Landers Theatre), Julie Bunny Must Die (author, OTC). Regional: Fosgate, Ferret Loan Officer (Orlando Fringe 2012 Patrons Pick, Orlando Sentinel Top 10 Best Of The Fest). Ned is the third member of the “Playhouse Trio” at the Winter Park Playhouse in Winter Park, FL, playing nearly every production since 2012. Little known fact: Alex Huff, along with Heather Luellen, gave Ned his first all-guitar gig in Tent Theatre’s Leap Of Faith.
