Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Ticket exchanges are allowed within the run of a show as long as they are exchanged 24 hours prior to the event. To exchange tickets, please call the Box Office, 417.831.8001.

Forever Flex Pass and SCT Plus holders can exchange tickets up to 1 hour prior to a performance for no fee.

Please note: There are no refunds or late exchanges for inclement weather unless the performance is cancelled. The show must go on!
