Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Ticket exchanges are allowed within the run of a show for that same production as long as they are exchanged 24 hours prior to the event. To exchange tickets, please call the Box Office, (417) 831-8001.

Forever Flex Pass holders can exchange tickets up to 1 hour prior to a performance for no fee.

Please note: Unless a performance must be canceled, there are no refunds or late exchanges for inclement weather.
