Exchanges

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Ticket exchanges are allowed within the run of a show as long as they are exchanged 24 hours prior to the event. Exchanges are subject to a $2.00 per order exchange fee. To exchange tickets, please call the Box Office, 417.831.8001.

Season Ticket, Forever Flex Pass and SCT Plus holders can exchange tickets up to 1 hour prior to a performance for no fee.

Please note: There are no refunds or late exchanges for inclement weather unless the performance is cancelled. The show must go on!
